Jonathan Clarke

Jonathan Clarke - Operations Manager
Jonathan is responsible for the operational management of Utilitrack offices in multi locations. Jonathan has over 16 years Utility sales experience dealing with SME and corporate customers, in a variety of roles covering account management, team management and operational channel management. Jonathan is a sales multi award winner and his teams have achieved external recognition at both BESMA and the National Sales Awards. His utility industry and experience of building sales teams supports the growth ambitions of Utilitrack to be the best in the industry.

Joe Maynard - Account Manager
On a day to day basis Joe deals with Utilitrack Broker and Supplier relationships to deliver competitive prices and post sale account management. Joe has worked within the energy industry for the past 8 years. He has a variety of industry experience gained from his previous roles within Business Movers, Customer Service, Billing and New Connections teams at both npower and British Gas.

Sam Woolston - Account Manager
Sam has been an Account Manager and member of the Utilitrack team since the company launched in 2009. Sam spent five years working in finance before making the career and industry change. She has built up a good knowledge of the energy industry and Utilitrack processes at all levels from sales support to comprehensive account management of some of Utilitrack's largest clients.

Vicky - Broker Support Manager
Vicky started her career in sales and marketing in the beauty business and moved into the legal world over fifteen years ago bringing her client service experience into her role as an Office Manager in a global law firm. Her varied job role in the City included facilities management and project management for a large office move in which Vicky gained practical knowledge of utilities and service planning. These planning skills helped her to provide high standards in the organisation of events and seminars in which Vicky developed a 'Six Star Client Focus' service amongst the teams she managed. During her career Vicky's communication and media skills enabled her to develop working relationships with people at all levels. She has also gained experience in client liaison whilst running a client helpdesk.
Vicky brings together a skill set essential for her responsibilities as Utilitrack's Broker Support Manager, she looks forward to proactively promoting the business and excellence in service through a strong working relationship with our brokers.

Kelly Hamby - Sales Support
Kelly joined Utilitrack in 2011 having worked within the utility industry for over 8 years. Kelly worked within the contact centre for npower and had a wide span of business knowledge to deal with a variety of customer calls and complaints. She applies this breadth of knowledge well within her current role as Sales Support ensuring our broker network receive an excellent service at head office.

Gerard Duggan - Training Manager
Gerard joined Utilitrack as one of the founding Business Partners in 2009, shortly after it changed from being predominantly a software house to a commercial energy brokerage. Gerard, after selling a print company he had founded in 1991, has developed a thriving business in which he and his team, based in Bedford, support over 250 brokers and several thousand customers across the UK.

In 2014 Gerard was appointed as Training Manager, his role will see him advising the Board on developments in the industry and help the broker community to growth their incomes.
